1.GBA补丁库更新至2382，
2.更改GBA复位补丁结构，256Mb GBA游戏可以加复位、即时存档补丁（需要与内核1.62配合）
3.修正NDS wifi设置黑屏BUG，
4.修正部分NDS游戏在PASS下黑屏/白屏的BUG。
－修正对2GB的mini SD升级内核报错
－增强对ZIP兼容性可直接打开zip包中的ROM（即使ZIP有其他文件软件会搜索需要的R OM）
